01/09/12 | Waters Austria donate an Acquity SQD LC/MS

Thanks to Ali Elyassi from Waters Global Services Support for letting us know about an SQD in Austria that was having a charging issue.  Matthew Gingras  from Waters Austria got in touch and airfreighted the mass spectrometer to us, there was a problem with the RF generator but a spare was sourced and also shipped, very kind. 

The instrument has been tested but the charging issue remains, we need to have a think about what to do with this one, it works for about 5 minutes but then the low mass ions lose transmission.
