Benefits

The benefits of RORO are two-fold; the environmental benefits of recycling as well as the educational opportunities and research possibilities that this work offers countries that could otherwise be left behind from technological advancements.

Science and technology are essential components of social and economic development. They are crucial in tackling problems affecting the developing world such as health care, safe drinking water and food supplies. Technological advancement contributes to the whole economic growth of developing countries.

RORO’s vision - through our own dedication, experience and awareness - is to make a difference to the world by providing recycling solutions whilst enabling research opportunities for tomorrow’s scientists in places where they need them most.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is very important and includes the following statements:-

Article 26 ‘Everyone has the right to education.’

Article 27 ‘Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.’
