If your laboratory uses analytical columns that still have life left in them then we would be interested in reusing these, please only send us columns that can reproduce results, we have limited time to test HPLC columns, a brief history including a recent chromatogram should ideally be attached to the column prior to postage. And all we would ask is that if at all possible we would rather receive a complete data system with all the cards and software necessary to run the instrument.

We would prefer an intact data system that has not been formatted or had the hard disk removed, please just remove your data only if at all possible or as a bare minimum copy any instrument configuration files that would make our lives easier when re-commissioning the system.
